Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnoses computer trouble and helps customers to solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use;
  • Providing technical assistance to customers regarding their requests and issues logged in the ticketing system;
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
  • Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

his would be the right role for you if you:
  • Have excellent verbal and written Polish / Dutch / Italian  or German (C1/C2 Level);
  • Good English level (B2 Level);
  • Previous BPO experience on a similar role is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage;
