Our partner is one of the leading business transformation companies. They are looking for a Technical Specialist to join their team as it is expanding. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting business clients regarding their technical issues; 
  • Providing best practice advice around the implementation and use of the platform of the company;
  • Focus on process improvement identification and development;
  • Escalate issues, as appropriate, to the respective group for higher-level technical support.

This would be the right role for you if you:
  • Have excellent verbal and written Polish / Dutch / Italian  or German (C1/C2 Level);
  • Good English level (B2 Level);
  • Previous BPO experience on a similar role is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage;
