Main Responsibilities:
Diagnoses computer trouble and helps customers to solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use;
Providing technical assistance to customers regarding their requests and issues logged in the ticketing system;
Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

This would be the right role for you if you:
Have excellent verbal and written Polish, Portuguese or Finnish (C1/C2 Level);
Very good English level (C1 Level);
Willingness to learn and develop;
Previous experience in customer or technical support will be an advantage.
