Our partner is one of the leading business transformation companies. They are looking for a Specialist Support to join their team as it is expanding. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnoses computer trouble and helps customers to solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use;
  • Providing technical assistance to customers regarding their requests and issues logged in the ticketing system;
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
  • Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

  • Have excellent verbal and written Polish, Portuguese or Finnish (C1/C2 Level);
  • Very good English level (C1 Level);
  • Willingness to learn and develop;
  • Previous experience in customer or technical support will be an advantage.
