Заплата (BGN):
Some of the tasks would include:
  • Coordinate the preparation of payments, classification of invoices and transport/administrative documents;
  • Liaising with our expert accountant for VAT returns matters
  • Preparation of costs reports and monthly profit analysis;
  • Coordination and regular update of our stock situation (raw materials mainly);
  • Schedule large shipments and coordinate preparation of documents for forwarders;
  • Coordinate deliveries to customers/suppliers on a daily basis and staying in contact with shipping companies (if needed);
  • Keep records of goods that have been shipped and received.

The ideal candidate would have:
  • An Economics / Accounting or other similar university degree;
  • Experience at a similar position is a must;
  • Flexibility, organising skills and good multitasking ;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Fluent English (verbal and written);
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
