- Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building strong and long lasting relationships
- Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services – ask questions, listen to the customer, find a resolution, ensure the customer is happy!
- Attracting and retaining clients from all over the world
- Оutbound conversations with existing clients mainly via phone and internet
- Organizing telemeetings with VIP clients
- Negotiate high value deals with customers

- Fluent in French or Italian both written and spoken
- Very good command of English language
- Previous Sales or Retention experience, Forex - will be an advantage.
