To strengthen their team in the new center in Sofia, we are currently looking for the position:
Shared Procurement Operations Expert with English and/or German (NEW SSC)

- Validation of purchase requisition; processing of purchase orders; managing of purchase order changes or cancellations;
- Handling of order confirmations and management of deviations; handling claims and returns;
- First level support of internal customers; support internal customers in operational procurement and guide through the relevant buying channel;

- Fluent in English and German language;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance;
- Professional experience in procurement;
- Exposure to SAP plus additional ERPs and MS Office package;
- Experience with other Procurement Software: Procurement Suite Tools such as: SAP Ariba, Catalogue Procurement Systems.
