ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries by investigating all issues and gathering all necessary information within multiple billing and customer management systems either on a front line or second level basis.
• Effectively communicate the policy and procedures of the company as it relates to their products and services.
• Research complex customer issues and process billing adjustments by entering credits or other adjustments into the records for that customer account.
• Make outgoing collection calls when necessary or required.
• Responsible for reporting issues affecting multiple customers to management.
• Maintain departmental standards regarding courtesy and productivity.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instruction.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• General computer knowledge in a Windows based environment.
• Must be fluent in the English language both verbally and written - C1 level
• Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner, both over the phone and via email.
