Our client is a young and independent company, operating in the field of tobacco production and sales.
Within the set framework, translate short-, mid-, and long-term marketing strategies into operational trade marketing concepts suitable for the international markets;
In close cooperation with sales and marketing teams, develop market specific trade promotional concepts to gain access to merchandising space at retail for the implementation of agreed merchandising standards;
Establish channel strategies and implement the associated plans. Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns;
Develop, propose and manage the trade promotion expense budget;
Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives;
Put in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales teams.
University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or other related;
At least 3 years of trade marketing /sales experience in FMCG;
Fluency in English;
Excellent command of MS Office;
Understanding of consumer & shopper insights;
Analytical ability and quickly solving problems with negotiation skills;
Good communication, coordination, teamwork, & organization skills are essential;
Frequent travel is expected.
