Accountabilities:

Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the management of all new migrations;
• Manage process performance for agreed targets and service levels;
• Ensure high-level client satisfaction with focus on value delivery over and above day to day service delivery;
• Revenue and profitability management;
• Employee engagement and attribution management;
• Complaint management and end customer focus - escalation point to resolve issues;
• Capacity planning for the process-based demand and business forecast;
• Negotiating and finalizing SLAs with clients;
• Establishing a review/reporting mechanism internally and with the client;
• Fix internal controls for strong operational discipline;
• Maintaining high focus on quality and accuracy;

Skills needed:

• 5 or more years’ experience in the outsourcing of business processes;
• Experience in transitions or Six Sigma projects;
• Experience in client, people and process management;
• Knowledge in the Insurance industry will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent English is a must, working knowledge of another European language will be considered an advantage;
• University degree in Business administration, Finance or Economics;
