Responsibilities:

•Full accounting and reporting responsibility for several legal entities in different countries, including review of postings by finance shared service center and doing monthly manual journals postings
•Monthly close responsibility and preparation of monthly P&L, BS and CFS under IFRS and detailed reporting packs per legal entity
•Preparation of annual financial statements under local GAAP and IFRS and liaising with external and internal auditors
•Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across the Group and seek improvements
•Participate and lead finance projects for system improvements, reporting optimization and other one off projects
•Drive process and systems efficiencies in all areas of responsibility. Review and critically assess current systems in order to assess and recommend ways to achieve maximum optimization.

Responsibilities:

•Preparation of the U.S. consolidated tax return, U.S. international forms 5471, 8858, and 8865, and all state income tax returns;
•Preparation of the calculation of U.S. taxable income, Earnings & Profits for our U.S. International operations, Section 78 gross-up, foreign tax credit limitation, Section 861 allocation of interest, etc.;
•Research and documentation of the Company’s tax return positions with regard to all areas of U.S. domestic tax;
•Preparation of the U.S. domestic quarterly income tax provision, monthly tax account reconciliations, monthly SOX controls, etc.;
•Responsible for preparation of documentation and calculation of all U.S. domestic tax accounting positions, including FAS 5, FIN 48, etc.;
•Develop tax value-add strategies and lead implementation for U.S. domestic tax;
•Monitor all proposed U.S. domestic law to determine impact on the Company’s tax return positions.
