Job Summary:

System Integration Specialist is responsible for contacting suppliers via phone, e-mail and company's ticketing system and help them complete the technical transition process to the company's software.

Job responsibilities:

● Guide and respond to all questions/queries/concerns that a supplier might have related to the technical aspects of the transition process
● Work closely with the Technical Implementation Specialist to handle the supplier transition process
● Work closely with the Team manager on resolving any supplier/buyer issue
● Use provided ticketing system to accurately track all communication with a supplier and its progress
● Report the progress of each active e-invoicing campaign on a regular basis

Data Mapping Specialist


Main Responsibilities:

• Convert data generated PDF files into the company internal format;
• Deliver the adequate mapping rules in accordance with the supplier business case and operations;
• Act as a point of contact for all questions or issues that a supplier might have related to the transition process;
• Implement the supplier transition onto the company solution;
• Ensure the proper alignment with the customer's invoice requirements;
• Work with the different ticketing or CRM tools to accurately and timely track all communication with a supplier;
• Understand and communicate clearly the benefits of the company products;
• Prepare reports on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Programming or Computer science;
• A good understanding of the B2B transactions in Accounts Payable/Receivable and Procurement;
• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) knowledge is required, Backend of e-Invoicing and procurement will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of PDF, XML, JSON and other file types;
• Basic knowledge of SMTP connectivity is required;
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
