Technical Account Manager

They are seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual to high-quality technical service to their customers out of their Sofia office. The Sofia Technical Account Manager will work directly with the Technical Support team and the Technical Account Managers in other locations to ensure all goals of the department are successfully achieved!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as SAP Developer or SAP Technical Analyst in one of the following modules: FI-AP, FI-GL, MM and Logistics
• Experience in ABAP workbench, ABAP objects, RFCs etc.
• Ability to write programs and develop User Exits and Enhancements
• Well versed in debugging, trace and other SAP troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of P2P process
• Participated in the implementation of ERP system
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Customer facing experience


Nice to Have:

• Experience in workflow solutions like Readsoft, Dolphin etc.
• Project management experience including project planning, and working with client stakeholders
• Exposure to SAP BASIS tasks like supporting SAP System upgrades and refreshes, EHP upgrades, support packs and connectivity

Fraud Management Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  •   Manage the team of Investigation Agents, including directing, leading, coaching, as well as managing relevant budgets and operations within the team;
  • Investigate all known or suspected fraudulent and other criminal activities against the organization ensuring that proper organizational standards/legal requirements are followed;
  • Conduct logical investigations;
  • Monitor existing, new and emerging criminal trends as they relate to financial industry and develop strategies to protect the organization from these criminal initiatives;
  • Maintain an effective Fraud program providing ongoing support and training in all matters of security including the investigation of suspicious transactions and referral to appropriate agencies;
  • Coordinate and professionally handle and facilitate recovery of losses and assets through criminal/civil processes. This includes maintenance of the fraud database to pro-actively identify potential risks/losses due to criminal activities;
  • Conduct due diligence investigations and assist in establishing the integrity and identity of potential and established clients and business partners;
  • Prepare comprehensive status reports for management on all circumstances of concern and final reports on investigative results ensuring all are updated in the Case Management system;
  • Review case documents, interview employees and third parties as required;
  • Responsible for case preparation and testifying in court matters ensuring the best interests of the Neteller Group are upheld.
