Senior RTR Accountant

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and detailed analysis and review of the Balance Sheet is performed at month end as well support and input is provided for the P&L review according to internal deadlines;
• Provides coaching, development and motivation to the Shared Services Centre employees to enable each to maximize their individual and team performance;
• Supplies advice on General Ledger processes and support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects;
• Ensures support is provided for an accurate and timely completion of tax reporting;
• Provides input to support the forecast for local / US GAAP differences and balance sheet accounts;
• Support preparation of local, country-specific and US statistical reporting;
• Supports the compilation of the year-end tax package and other information requested by the Corporate Tax department;
• Coordinates and corresponds with all internal and external auditors as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years accounting experience preferably in a SSC multi-national organization and/or Big 4 audit firm;
• University degree and professional accounting qualification;
• Solid understanding of general accounting and reporting in compliance with GAAP and requirements of regulatory agencies;
• Ability to address or escalate complex issues within the Record to Report area;
• Excellent written and spoken English, French would be a strong advantage;
• Strong ERP experience essential (preferably SAP).

Main Responsibilities:

• Support process optimization initiatives related to efficiency and effectiveness as well as data quality;
• Propose improvements to current forms and templates utilized for the day-to-day data creation;
• Generates monthly MDM KBI integrated in the SSC dashboard;
• Supports MDM documentation adjustments where needed ;
• Participate to data load as part of the SAP implementation projects, adjust all internal tools according to new maintenance rules;
• Executes mass updates with excellence as required;
• “Extend” all materials based on requests posted by country MDM teams;
• Maintain APO related data and support the creation of new planes;
• Executes material delisting and phasing-out processes.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in the same environment;
• Formal education: preferably master degree;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong system knowledge: SAP MM;
• Strong command in Microsoft Excel (macros, VBA);
• Attention to detail/accurate data processing skills/Quality orientation;
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships;

QA Manager - SAP

Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance agenda across all process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensures that SAP and other relevant systems and technology tools deliver maximum value to the business, as defined by customer needs;
• Develops and establishes the Quality Assurance program for transactional services, including the development of SPAs;
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement through the operation of the Quality Assurance program;
• Provides integrated tools, templates and guidelines for developing the Quality Assurance approach;
• Liaises with other key stakeholders regarding financial controls and regulatory compliance - Internal Audit, Corporate Tax, Corporate Legal, Corporate Controllers Group, Internal Control Directors, Corporate Security and the Independent Auditors;
• Prepares, develops and distributes monthly reporting pack;
•Collaborates with other process stakeholders to identify current and future service delivery improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position;
• Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAP;
• University degree;
• Good understanding of accounting standards and principles as well as experience in any of the key accounting areas of PTP, OTC or RTR;
• Proven success of project managing process improvement and implementation is desirable;
• Change management and influencing skills.
