Responsibilities: 

• Gather and analyze business requirements for report modification and/or creation from operations;

• Modify existing customer or management reports/dashboards or develop new reports/dashboards;

Responsibilities: 

• Contacting business customers when payment is overdue;
• Asking business customers to settle their account and explaining the terms of their credit;
• Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances;
• Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements;
• Negotiating repayment plans;
• Setting up and maintaining customer files;
• Tracing missing debtors;
• Daily report for debtors’ aging;
• Investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment of invoices;
• Supporting legal team in starting legal proceedings if debts are not paid within an agreed time.
