Senior Manager Procure to Pay Helpdesk 

Main Responsibilities:

• Builds the business and implements Procure to Pay processes for each Business Unit together with the Shared Service project team;
• Drives and supports the transition team to ensure the success of all Accounts Payable activities; 
• Responsible for the end to end Procure to Pay processes;
• Monitors and manages the Procure To Pay department and BPO center to achieve the set results;
• Supports the implementation of processes and standards of end-to-end performance in both the Shared Service Center and BPO;
• Oversees the performance of the Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense functions;
• Monitors productivity, generates reports and proposes new ideas for improvement in the department (PTP);
• Recommends corrective actions for delivery of PTP (AP and T&E) services to address customer complaints and feedback;
• Develops and recommends action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded;
• Provides coaching, development and motivation to the Escalation and Performance Management Team.
